Digital products: all sales final
Because our templates are digital files delivered instantly and can’t be returned, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete.

Our file guarantee
We want you to get exactly what you paid for. If a file you purchased is damaged, won’t open, is missing content, or never arrived, contact us and we’ll fix or replace it at no cost.

How to get help
Contact us with your order number and a short description of the problem. We’ll respond within 2 business days with a working file or a new download link. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase.

Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally bought the same product twice, contact us and we’ll refund the duplicate order.
